We are finding zour personal and familiar anamnesia, so the course of illnessess and medical difficulties in time consequence:
We are making the physical examination,so:
- by palpatch (by touching) we are examining the area of abdomen
- chirurgically we are examining the anus
- we are finding the blood in the excrement
We are making the sonographical examination of abdomen
We are making the anoscopy (the examination of the anus into the deepness of 5cm) and rectoscopy (the examination of the anus with rectoscope into the deepness of 20 cm)
with a possibility of the taking of the pattern (polypeptide, abscess) with the consequentional histological examination
We are taking the blood for the purpose of:
- the examinations of the blood picture
- coagulated examinations
- biochemical examinations
- the findings of the oncomarkers (indirect coefficients of the abscess illness)
